SAN JACINTO – On March 12, 2018, at 1120 A.M., Deputies from the San Jacinto Police Department, went to the 700 block of San Jacinto Ave, San Jacinto, reference a reported burglary and shots fired.

During the investigation they found a shop owner Nabeel Qandah, 42-year-old from San Jacinto, chased two subjects who were stealing two boxes of butane from his store.

Qandah attempted to stop the subjects who entered a waiting vehicle and drove away. Qandah fired his handgun at the vehicle.
